By accessing or using Felilearn's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Felilearn provides a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) that allows organizations to create, deliver, and track training programs. Our services include course creation tools, learner management, progress tracking, certification, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit harmful or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Felilearn. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are based on your selected plan and are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Felilearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
